ROMEO GIGLI
The top note is clear, intense, brilliant and makes an immediate impact which is then followed by a sequence of fragrances which are rarefied and vigorous, spicy and delicate, mingling and combining in a delicate harmony. The first notes are Bergamot and mandarin mixed with Sicilain lime, then the passionate and fruity tones of mango and blackcurrant. The heart of the bouquet is composed of more decisive essences: broom, orange blossom, rose, wild lily-of-the-valley, jasmine and white carnation. The intense sweetness of the scents is broken up by the spicy tang of incense and Benzoin of Oriental woods. Then we find touches of Florentine irises, and once again the East appears with the scent of sandalwood. The final touch is another play of subtle contrasts, the age-old scent of woodland moss and damp grass.
